If someone wants to transfer their ticket to you, they must submit an official Ticket Transfer Request to the conference registration team.You will then receive an email with instructions to:Register through the official registration platform.Pay the current ticket price.Complete all required registration information and agreements. After your registration and payment are complete, the original ticket holder will receive a refund of the amount they paid, minus a $10 processing fee. The original ticket holder may privately offer you an incentive, such as sending you money through Venmo after the transfer is completed. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds. You do have the option to purchase purchase travel insurance during the registration process and you are allowed to transfer you ticket to another person who wishes to attend the conference as long as the transaction is made through the registration platform and is completed by SEPTEMBER 6th. Your registration covers all scheduled conference activities, dances, keynote sessions, and some meals (see the Meals section for more). Lodging and travel are not included, nor are any advertised pre-conference activities unless noted (THIS YEAR WE ARE PAYING FOR BOWLING AS NOTED).

Once completed and paid, you’ll receive a confirmation email . Please keep a printed and digital copy of this email. It contains the information you need to do a ticket transfer.

At this time, the Nauvoo Mega Conference does not offer à la carte registration options. We understand that some attendees may not be able to participate in the full four-day conference; however, in order to keep registration, check-in, meals, activities, and event access manageable, we are only offering one full conference registration option only. We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep the conference organized and enjoyable for everyone.

Tickets are sold at the regular price until September 6th or until we are to full capacity. If we close registration early, we will reopen on September 7th the price increases to $205 and will be sold until September 15th at NOON CDT for a limited number of registrants.

Early registrations give us the numbers we need to lock in venues, and arrange travel for our speakers—keeping the overall cost of the Nauvoo MEGA Conference low for everyone. • Early-bird rates thank those who commit first and give us reliable head-counts for planning. • Regular pricing keeps the conference accessible for anyone who needs a bit more time to decide. • Late rates are offered for people who still wish to register even though registration is actually already closed. The price is set as such to discourage late registrations and to offset the substantial logistical costs that come with very late sign-ups. This structure lets us manage resources wisely and deliver a smooth, inspiring experience for every LDS Single—and the friends they invite.

RegFox is the Registration Platform we use. You will have 2 fees added to your invoice. You will see one fee listed prior to your Subtotal. This fee is call REGFOX Processing Fee. You are charged it because there is a cost of convenience of using a registration platform. A 2nd fee will be added to your final total (After the Subtotal). This fee is called PROCESSING&FEES, and is the credit card company processing fees. WE DO NOT have any control over the FEES. We don't like them either, but a conference this size would be impossible to do without the help of a robust registration platform.​​

While the conference planning committee wishes everyone could join us in person, we understand that there are a variety of reasons that can make attending difficult for some. Our committee strives to create a deeply meaningful in-person experience in Nauvoo where people can connect, worship, learn, and share uplifting moments in person. Therefore, at this time, we do not have plans to offer Livestreaming registration options available.
