Neither Travel nor lodging is included in the cost of the conference. Consider posting a notice on our PRIVATE FB GROUP (we will send you an invite once you register), if you are looking to carpool or share lodging with another person or even group! Make your post under the HOUSING NEEDED OR ROOMMATES WANTED POST on OUR FACEBOOK GROUP PAGE. PLEASE DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE. TO AVOID UNNECESSARY FRUSTRATIONS, PLEASE CONSIDER COLLECTING FEES UP FRONT WHEN SHARING TRAVEL OR HOUSING
A word of counsel from our leaders
In keeping with the counsel the Church Handbook of Instructions (General Handbook 20.5.5) noting that unmarried males and females should have separate sleeping accommodations, the Area Presidency has asked that we kindly remind all single adult participants to arrange housing accommodations that reflect Church standards. This guidance is given for both our spiritual and physical safety, and we appreciate your commitment to upholding these values throughout the conference weekend. Thank you for your understanding and support in helping create an uplifting and respectful environment for all.

HOTELS
Here are hotels that are either in Nauvoo or in a city close to Nauvoo. If a hotel agreed to give a 2026 discount, it is listed. You must CALL the hotel directly and ask for the Nauvoo Mega Conference Discount.

Located merely 3 miles from downtown Nauvoo The Villas feature 40 different villas have spacious rooms with, high speed Internet, cable TV and more. They offer two-bedroom villas which have two bathrooms, full kitchens and washers & dryers and can accommodate up to 7 guests. The one-bedroom villas have a kitchenette and can accommodate up to 4 guests.

HOTELS- Other Options
A quick google search can lead you to other hotel options in the Fort Madison, and Keokuk area that you can check into, Many have previously given us a 5-10 % discount just by mentioning they are registering for the Nauvoo Singles MEGA Conference. If you opt to check into any of those, just ask if they are honoring the discount for the conference.

The Nauvoo State Park is located in the Southwest corner of Nauvoo, directly across from the Historical District. It offers tent camping ($10 per night), fishing, Trails, boating, picnic and playground areas.

Cabins: $15 plus tax, per person, per night. Cabins range in size from four-person, six-person, eight-person, ten-person, and twelve-person.
Single RV Sites: 60’ concrete pads with full hookups (electricity, water, and sewer): $40 plus tax, per unit, per night. If you have a unit under 30’ and would like to double up with a friend, each pad is able to accommodate two full hookups. The cost would be lowered to $25 plus tax for each RV.
Electric Only: $35 plus tax, per unit, per night. This is for pop up tent trailers parked on grass tenting sites.
Tents: $7 plus tax, per person, per night including electricity. Children under 4 are free. Primitive tenting (no electricity included) is $5 plus tax, per person, per night.
Tiny Houses: Six available that sleep up to seven people each. $130 plus tax, per night.
Retreat House: Sleeps up to 10 people. $250 plus tax, per night and has a minimum rental requirement of three nights.
Lodge Guest Rooms: Motel-like rooms. Prices vary and are per night. $95 plus tax for a two-person room, $110 plus tax for a four-person room, and $130 plus tax for a six-person room.
Shower house/restroom building available to all at no additional cost.
