Finding a Place to Stay

for the 2025 Nauvoo Single Adult 31+ MEGA Conference

Once you register, you will be invited to join the PRIVATE 2025 NMC Glow and Do Facebook Group, where you can advertise for:

  • available housing,

  • room sharing requests,

  • ride shares opportunities,

  • ride share requests

in a more secure setting than in the PUBLIC FB group​

Neither Travel nor lodging is included in the cost of the conference.  Consider posting a notice on our PRIVATE FB GROUP (we will send you an invite once you register), if you are looking to carpool or share lodging with another person or even group!  Make your post under the HOUSING NEEDED OR ROOMMATES WANTED POST on OUR FACEBOOK GROUP PAGE.  PLEASE DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE. TO AVOID UNNECESSARY FRUSTRATIONS, PLEASE CONSIDER COLLECTING FEES UP FRONT WHEN SHARING TRAVEL OR HOUSING

A word of counsel from our leaders 
In keeping with the counsel the Church Handbook of Instructions (General Handbook 20.5.5) noting that unmarried males and females should have separate sleeping accommodations, the Area Presidency has asked that we kindly remind all single adult participants to arrange housing accommodations that reflect Church standards.  This guidance is given for both our spiritual and physical safety, and we appreciate your commitment to upholding these values throughout the conference weekend.  Thank you for your understanding and support in helping create an uplifting and respectful environment for all.

You Can Secure The Following Lodging through the Conference

We reserved several Air BnB's prior to announcing the dates of the conference.  Generally once the conference dates are announced, the price increases.  The majority of them are in Nauvoo.  We are also coordinating all of the Boy Scouting accommodations.

Air BnB's
House 1-  3 Suites:  5 queen beds, 2 double, 3 bathrooms
House 2- 4 Bedroom/Loft:  2 king, 2 queen Main Level; 1 queen in Loft , 1/2 bath in loft, jacuzzi tub on main, 1 bath in basement
House 3-  7 Bedrooms:  5 queens, 4 bunk beds, Game Room, 4 Bathrooms (RESERVED FOR MALES)

House 4- 2 bedrooms, 1 bath:  1 queen, 2 sets bunk

House 5- 3 bedrooms 2 full baths, 1 queen, 2 sets bunk, 2 full bathrooms

3 RV Spots ** at Camp Eastman ($75 for the Conference )

  • 30 amp Electric Hookup

  • No Water or Sanitary


FREE TENT CAMPING AT Camp Eastman**
We've made an arrangement with the camp for TENT CAMPING at CAMP EASTMAN , however we are requiring a $15 deposit this year. The return of your deposit will require a check-out inspection by a member of the conference committee.  Guys and gals will be in different sites.  Showers Houses are included. 

 

AFFORDABLE CABIN RENTAL AT Camp Eastman**
Cabins for rent at the camp we will be spending a good portion of our time at   (all have air- conditioning and power) are really AFFORDABLE if you aren't a bells and whistle type person.   You will need to provide your own bedding and towels/washcloth etc.
1) You can rent a space in a cabin or you can get a group together to rent a full cabin.
2) If you are just renting a space, we will help to fill up the remaining spaces to keep your costs to a minimum.
3) we will help fill beds in the cabin you want an available space and they will help you. 
 

  • 5 Honor Cabins that can sleep up to 5 people each ($20 a person for the full conference)

  • 4 Honor Cabins that can sleep up to 2 people each ($20 a person for the full conference)

  • 2 RV Spots ($20 a person for the full conference)

    •  air-conditioning and heat Each cabin has electricity,

    • There is water, shower houses and bathrooms near the cabins, but NOT IN the cabins

  • Nauvoo State Park-link

    • The Nauvoo State Park is located in the Southwest corner of Nauvoo, directly across from the Historical District. It offers tent camping, fishing, Trails, boating, picnic and playground areas.

  • Nauvoo RV Park-link

    • The Nauvoo RV Park and Campground is a seasonal RV park and campground featuring 28 pull-through RV sites, tent sites, free WiFi and showers and laundry facilities. Bicycle rentals are also available. â€‹

The following is a list of hotels in Nauvoo and the surrounding cities that are willing to offer discounts.  To get the listed discount you will need to make the reservations DIRECTLY WITH THE HOTEL and let them know you are with the Nauvoo Mega Conference.

Three friends started the NMC with a vision to bring LDS single adults from around the US together. Beginning in 2022, the North American Central Area Presidency stated they wanted to “wrap their arms around us” to support and sustain us as we plan the conference. We have been notified by President Bennett of the North American Central Area Presidency that we will once again be assigned someone under his direction to preside at the conference.  We donate our time and talents as we strive to provide a quality conference, which has now grown to international attendance, at fair prices allowing large groups of single saints to gather and learn, grow, serve, fellowship, and worship. Latter-day Saint standards for dress and behavior apply and that all divorces must be final.
