FEES CHARGED BY REGFOX

• RegFox is the Registration Platform we use.  You will have 2 fees added to your invoice.

  • You will see one fee listed prior to your Subtotal.  This fee is call REGFOX Processing Fee.  You are charged it because there is a cost of convenience of using a registration platform.

  • A 2nd fee will be added to your final total (After the Subtotal).  This fee is called PROCESSING&FEES, and is the credit card company processing fees.

    • WE DO NOT have any control over the FEES.  We don't like them either, but a conference this size would be impossible to do without the help of a robust registration platform.​​​

BY REGISTERING FOR THE CONFERENCE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING:

1. You have read and understand the information on this page.

2. All Divorces MUST BE FINALIZED.

3. In keeping with the counsel of the Church Handbook of Instructions, (General Handbook 20.2.2), noting that unmarried males and females should have separate sleeping accommodations, the Area Presidency has asked that the committee kindly remind all SA participants to arrange housing that reflects church standards.  This guidance is given for both our spiritual and physical safety, and we appreciate your commitment to upholding these values throughout the conference weekend.

4. You MUST be registered by September 15th (Noon CDT).  There will be NO ONSITE REGISTRATION.

5. There will be NO registration refunds. 

6. If you have already purchased a ticket, and can no longer come, you may transfer your ticket to another person THROUGH THE REGISTRATION SYSTEM (REGFOX) up until SEPT 6th.  Absolutely no ticket transfers will be accepted after that date.  Information on how to transfer a ticket is given on your emailed confirmation ticket.  PLEASE KEEP YOUR EMAIL & a PAPER COPY OF IT!
